Acid Tanks: Pickles product to ensure rust & mill scale is removed from products before the galvanizing process.

Chromatic Quench: Quench bath contains Sodium Di Chromatic solution, which protects product from oxidising before Galvanizing has fully cured.

 Lifting Capacity: 4 Tonne overhead gantry cranes x 3

Current Standards:
AS/NZS4680 standard: Hot Dip Galvanizing (zinc) coating on fabricated ferrous articles. Certificates of compliance available upon request
